I have not received my order

When you submit your order through our website, you will receive an automated email order confirmation.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a Fedex tracking number.
Click on the tracking number and it will take you to, on the upper right side of the page you will see the delivery information.
If it shows delivered but you don't see the order at your door, please check with neighbors to see if anyone accepted your shipment or picked it up for safekeeping.
